We have warehouses in the UK and other countries. Orders are prioritised for shipment from the nearest available warehouse. If items are out of stock locally, we will arrange delivery from another warehouse.

- For items in stock at local country warehouses:

Multiple Shipments
To provide optimal service to our clients, we utilise merchandise inventory from all of our warehouses across the country. If your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations, you may receive multiple shipments. Rest assured, there will be no additional shipping fee for orders that are split into multiple shipments.
4. What shipping carriers do you use?

- Once your order is shipped, you will get a tracking number in your email inbox.
- You can track your package and contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for delivery if you need it.
5. What kind of packaging do you offer? Discreet Packaging?
